Hey guys,

I haven't posted here before, I work under J.D. Smith and with Zack Jonas in Boston. Heres a commission I just finished up, it's a desk mounted cigar cutter, Black walnut, brass, aldos 1095 Steel. Blades are 2" each, overall height of 15" Really fun project to work on, and a local cigar shop said they'd sell them for me if I made more, so I think there might be more of these in my future. More details on my website at http://tempestcraft....blades/drinnan/

Tom, that thing came out looking awesome. Really nice work. I love the sig plate on the end of the lever as well. Nice touch.

Everybody else, let me vouch that this thing is awesome.

I wish I smoked cigars more often...

Thomas, that looks amazing. What did you use for inspiration for the design?

And sorry I didn't see this, I didn't notice the topic got moved and thought it was just gone, it was an idea a friend of mine and I had and finally got around to making it real, he's a big cigar fanatic and just wanted something he'd never seen before, so he just sort of let me loose, haha.
