Master Smith Brion Tomberlin demonstrating blade forging techniques at the American Bladesmith Society 2nd Heartland Bladesmithing Symposium which was held October 1 and 2, 2011 at the Washburn Institute of Technology in Topeka, Kansas.

The ABS Hammer-In featured training in both basic and advanced bladesmithing techniques with instructors: Mastersmiths Steve Dunn, Steve Culver, Brion Tomberlin, Dan Petersen, Russ Andrews, Jim Batson, and Founder B.R. Hughes.
