   In this time of spring, our thoughts often turn to new beginnings. Old Man Winter begins to ease off and new things begin to make themselves known. The best weather of the year ushers in the new blooms, new greenery and new activities for most families. It seems that virtually everyone is getting started in earnest for the new year. Some are Greg Neely, Chairmanplowing and planting, while others are replacing old fishing lines, limbering up the golf clubs and oiling the old baseball glove. Spring cleaning sometimes interferes, but then it's a nice, fresh start when it's done and it just makes the good things better.
